Welcome to your favorite family vacation destination with beautiful views of lake Okoboji and amazing sunsets! Whether you are looking to rent for a weekend, week or longer, you will not run out of things to do! Start by parking in our underground climate-controlled garage and use the elevator to bring your gear up to the condo. Our newly updated condo in the Newport Bridge building boasts almost 1500 ft.² of living space, with all the conveniences of home. The condo has three bedrooms including a master with king bed, a second bedroom with queen bed, and third bedroom with full-size bunk beds. We have room to sleep 8 comfortably, two bathrooms stocked with bath towels and washcloths, full kitchen stocked with plates, cups, utensils and appliances to cook your own meals. The living room is very comfortable and has an electric fireplace to enjoy as you wind down at the end of the day. Our over-sized deck has a great view of East Lake that you will enjoy as you are using the grill or having a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker in the morning! Additionally, it is equipped with a fire table for staying cozy on a cool evening. There is also a common area a short walk from the condo where you can sit by a fire pit and enjoy views of the lake.
Our condo comes with six passes to Bridges Bay waterpark, just a short walk away. (Open weekends and holidays between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends.) The waterpark is great for kids or adults of all ages, with waterslides for the older kids and a zero entry splash pool for the little ones! There is a lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy! During the summer months the indoor pool is open daily and there’s a big outdoor pool with a swim-up bar. There is also a private condo pool next to our building that you are able to view from the oversized deck making it convenient to see family members who may be using it!
Coming to the area to go boating or fishing? East and West Okoboji lakes have fantastic fishing opportunities, from walleye to panfish! There is even scuba diving in the lake! There is also boat trailer parking and a boat ramp near the condo and an option to rent a boat slip from Bridges Bay. https://bridgesbayresort.com/amenities/boat-hoist-rentals/
There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance on the Bridges Bay property. Bracco (http://braccorestaurant.com/bracco/okoboji/ ) often has live music in the summer and an outdoor firepit area to enjoy while looking over the lake. There are also plenty of additional eating options within a short drive from the condo.
